Who we are
This site is run by Silicon Valley Credit Repair ("Silicon Valley Credit Repair", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the site or book a call, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, phone number, the day and time you pick, your rough score range and your goal.
- Credit information, only after you sign up and choose to share a report with us through a credit monitoring provider.
- Basic usage data, like pages visited, device type and browser, used to keep the site working.
How we use it
- To confirm and run your call, and to follow up about it.
- To review your credit and deliver the services you sign up for.
- To send updates you asked for. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business (scheduling, email, payments, credit monitoring), with the credit bureaus and furnishers when you ask us to dispute an item, or when the law requires it.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your call or your account. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
How we protect it
Credit reports and personal details are handled through secure, access-controlled systems and are only seen by the people working on your file. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if a breach affects your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a client and for as long as the law requires after that. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under state law. Reach us through a call or on Instagram at @credit_pro1.
Children
This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Setting up credit for a child is done by the parent or guardian.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
